General Information
Produced by dry distillation of the needles, producing pale yellow oil with a fresh, herby odour.

Main Components
pinenes and bornyl acetate.

Blends Well With...
Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Mandarin, Lemon and Orange.

Used for...
Use in an inhalation with a few drops of Eucalyptus for help with cold and flu symptoms for its antiviral and antibacterial properties. In Aromatherapy it is also recommended for help with general pain relief in the form of massage or diluted into a bath. It is also said to have a diuretic effect very useful in the treatment of arthritis, rheumatism and muscular aches and pains.
Pine is used as a fragrance and flavour in pharmaceutical preparations for coughs, colds and external analgesic treatments. Especially used in soaps, bath foams and perfumes.

Caution
Non-Toxic. Rarely, may cause skin irritation in some individuals. Please read separate directions if you are, or suspect that you may be pregnant. Meadows do not recommend that any essential oils are taken internally or applied directly onto the skin. Please refer to the precautions on the rear of this leaflet before using any essential oil and related Aromatherapy product. Use Pine Needle oil in low dilutions in carrier oil of your choice.
