Uses
A good general tonic and helpful in supporting a detox programme designed to rid the body of impurities. A blend for the physical body, should therefore, be applied via massage or bathing. It should be noted that the diuretic properties of this blend could become effective fairly quickly.

Cautions
Essential oils are volatile and highly flammable. Not to be taken internally. Keep away from eyes. Please keep out of the reach of young children. Must be diluted in a carrier oil before application to the skin, please see ‘Application’. If you are concerned about your tolerance to this blend, please perform a patch test: Cleanse a small patch of skin behind the ear, apply the blend correctly diluted in a carrier oil, and observe for 24 hours. If redness or irritation occurs do not use this blend. If you are breast - feeding please consult your doctor before use. Do not use during any stage of pregnancy or whilst breast-feeding. Do not use on children under twelve years. Stimulating blend, do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure or epilepsy. We do not recommend that these products are in any way a substitute for proper medication, attention or advice. If you are in doubt regarding your health always consult a medical doctor.

Spike Lavender - antibacterial, stimulant, tonic, choleretic
Bergamot - deodorant, stimulant, tonic
Geranium - diuretic, anti-inflammatory

Application
Massage:
For use on adults, please dilute the blend by putting up to 5 drops into half an ounce/15mls of a suitable carrier oil, we recommend Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond or a vegetable oil based lotion.
May be mixed into an unscented cream (preferably vegetable based) and applied in a body wrap as part of a sauna/cleansing detox programme.
Bath:
Add up to 5 to 8 drops, diluted in half an ounce/15mls of Unscented Foam Bath or milk, to a running bath and relax in it for ten to twenty minutes.
