Uses
Designed to help relieve the pain associated with rheumatism and arthritis. Also beneficial for aching muscles. Can be used before and after exercise, gardening etc.

Cautions
Essential oils are volatile and highly flammable.
Not to be taken internally. Keep away from eyes.
Please keep out of the reach of young children.
Must be diluted in a carrier oil before application to the skin, please see ‘Application’.
If you are concerned about your tolerance to this blend, please perform a patch test: Cleanse a small patch of skin behind the ear, apply the blend correctly diluted in a carrier oil, and observe for 24 hours. If redness or irritation occurs do not use this blend.
Do not use during any stage of pregnancy. If you are breast-feeding please consult your doctor before use.
Special instructions for use on children under twelve years please see ’Application’.
People with high blood pressure should avoid using this blend as it contains oils of a stimulating nature. Also people on medication for related or similar conditions should contact their MD prior to using this or any similar products.

Application
This product, when diluted, is best applied topically (except bathing).
Massage:
For use on adults please dilute the blend by putting up to 5-8 drops into half an ounce/15mls of a suitable carrier oil or natural cream, we recommend Grapeseed, Jojoba, Sweet Almond or a vegetable oil based lotion.
For use on children under twelve years please put up to 2 drops into half an ounce/15mls of one of the aforementioned carrier oils.
Compress:
Mix up to 5 drops into a small bowl of warm water, dip a fabric pad into it and squeeze out the excess water thoroughly, apply it to the site of the pain.
Bath:
Add up to 5 to 8 drops, diluted in half an ounce/15mls of Unscented Foam Bath or milk, to a running bath and relax in it for ten to twenty minutes.
