Uses
To try and help restore you emotionally back to normal after a stressful, or emotionally draining time. A wide spectrum of oils is used in this complex blend that we hope will benefit all who use it.

Cautions
Essential oils are volatile and highly flammable.
Not to be taken internally. Keep away from eyes.
Please keep out of the reach of young children.

Must be diluted in a carrier oil before application to the skin, please see ‘Application’.
If you are concerned about your tolerance to this blend, please perform a patch test: Cleanse a small patch of skin behind the ear, apply the blend correctly diluted in a carrier oil, observe for 24 hours. If redness or irritation occur do not use this blend.
Do not use during any stage of pregnancy.
If you are breast feeding please consult your doctor before use.
Special instructions for use on children under twelve years, please see ‘Application’.
Not recommended before driving or operating machinery.
This blend should not be applied to the skin prior to exposure to strong sunlight.

Mandarin - alleviates restlessness, balancing, sedative
Sandalwood - antidepressant, aphrodisiac, sedative
Vetiver - strongly relaxant, grounding
Meadows Synergy Blends sometimes contain powerful natural trace ingredients that increase the efficacy of each blend. These ingredients are part of our confidential formulas and ensure these amazing blends are extra efficacious and unique to us.

Application
Massage:
For use on adults please dilute the blend by putting up to 5 drops into half an ounce/15mls of a suitable carrier oil, we recommend a mix of St. John’s Wort and Sweet
Almond oils.
For use on children please put up to 2 drops into half an ounce/15mls of either Grapeseed or Sweet Almond carrier oil.
Inhalation:
Put up to 5 drops of the blend onto a paper towel and inhale deeply or add up to 6 drops to your chosen essential oil diffuser and let the healing properties fill the air around you.
Bath:
Add up to 5 to 8 drops, diluted in 15mls of Unscented Foam Bath or milk, to a running bath and relax in it for ten to twenty minutes.
Other suggestions:
Apply up to 2 drops to car diffuser and let the aroma fill the air around you.
