Sales Terms
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions please do not use our services.

Terms Of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing all payments will be by an approved and authorised Debit or Credit Card. If the card used does not pass our security clearance we will be unable to accept or process the order and this is a condition of our contract with you.

Quantity Variation
We will have been deemed to have completed our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus of the quantity ordered. In this case we will only charge you for the actual goods supplied. No goods will be kept on back order.

Retention Of Title
All goods supplied by us remain ours until any outstanding invoice is paid in full.

Products
We reserve the right to alter any details or design of products illustrated without notice.

Samples
These will be supplied and charged but may be credited if returned at the senders cost in perfect condition, unopened, in the original packing within 14 days. Postage costs will be charged.

Carriage & Delivery
Every effort will be made to deliver on time but we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments or late delivery. Packing and Carriage is on all items (excluding promotional products) charged extra at a flat rate of £3.95. Please enquire about carriage for Channel, Orkney and Shetland Islands or other parts of Europe and the rest of the world. Carriage for promotional products will be quoted at the time of quoting and is based on weight.

Claims
Claims arising from damages, or partial loss in transit, must be made in writing within 2 days of delivery. No claim will be accepted after this time.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns will not be accepted unless approved in writing by us before we receive the goods. If you wish to return any item please contact us to discuss.

A full refund will be made for goods returned in perfect condition. Goods and packaging must be in orginal condition. The definition of this is at our discretion. If goods are ordered and subsequently cancelled after delivery, they must be returned, at the purchasers cost, before credit will be given.

Vat
All prices shown are including VAT at the current rate unless otherwise specified. 

Prices
All prices shown are pounds sterling and may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Security
We take reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any information you input or send to us in connection with your purchase by using secure services and encryption technology where we deem appropriate, however, we accept no responsibility for any damages that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorised access by users inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

Privacy
We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Artwork & Design
If we are making an own label for you there may be an extra charge for artwork, design and origination.
